You can pay the total price of the products you ordered, including shipping, using one of the credit card and debit card options, in cash or with the installment options available on the payment page. In the orders where it is not declared that the shipping cost of the products you order is covered by the SELLER, the shipping cost is paid by us. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain ammount, which will be specified on our website (over 200usd). The products you ordered will be delivered to the cargo company “FedEx” within 3 working days at the latest and delivered to the address you specified during your order. Your order will be delivered to you or the people you specify. If your order cannot be delivered within the specified time, you have the right to cancel your order and get a refund of the amount you have paid. In order to exercise this right, it is sufficient to notify the SELLER by using the contact information specified in Article 4. For your questions and problems regarding payment and delivery, it will be sufficient to reach the SELLER through the same channels.
Shipping will be free of charge for your purchases over 200usd.
You have the right to withdraw from your order without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending a notification to the e-mail addresses specified in Article 4 within 15 (fifteen) working days at the latest after your order is delivered to you, or by creating a return request on the "My Returns" page. If you notify the SELLER by e-mail of information such as the product code of the products for which you will use your right of withdrawal, the invoice and the photos of the products, it will ensure that the order in which you use your right of withdrawal can be quickly identified and the transactions regarding the refund can be concluded quickly.
You use your right of withdrawal by sending an e-mail in the manner we have specified. Within 10 (ten) days after this notification, you must return the products for which you have used your right of withdrawal, together with their original invoices, to the address "Sultanahmet-İstanbul". You can return the product through the "FedEx" cargo company without paying any fee. It will be sufficient to indicate that the product you are returning is a "return product". If you return with another cargo company, the shipping cost will have to be covered by you. The refund will be made to your credit card or debit card used in the order within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest, after the notification regarding your right of withdrawal and the refund as stated.
The right of withdrawal cannot be used on products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after the delivery of the product, used products, products damaged after delivery to you, products that cannot be returned in terms of health and hygiene, and disposable products.
All of our rugs are carefully packaged and shipped with great care to ensure they arrive at their destination in the same condition as when they left our store. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
